HUM helps Senior Executives to start their own Recruitment Business by providing them regular Manpower Recruitment Mandates to work upon. HUM also provide support team to deal with all the back-end operations involved during and till the Recruitment Process is Complete.

SRN is active in 18 tier 1 and tier 2 cities with 70+ Retirees from NBFC, Public and Private sector banks, MNC's and SME's.

SRN Members (Partners) who are not from an HR background are earning an average of ₹20,000 by working from home and the ones who are retired from HR department are earning more than 2 times this average.
