Roles for Senior Executive Retirees
There are 2 Partner Roles that a Retiree can opt for in SRN -
- Senior Recruitment Partner - This role is to support team HUM in successfully closing Manpower Recruitment Mandates by Screening/Assessing the ideal candidate's resume as per the JD provided by the Employer. Once the resume is shortlisted by the senior, they fill a 'Senior Recruitment Assessment Sheet' and send it via Email/WhatsApp to HUM so as to make sure that the candidate is selected by the employer as well.
- Senior Business Development Partner - This role is to support team HUM in getting new Manpower Recruitment Mandates for the Senior Recruitment Partners to work upon, using their Network and/or influence in their past organizations.
